Pura Noche is a rural accommodation located in an authentic Guanacaste village, surrounded by nature and local life.
This is not a hotel or resort
The experience is designed for guests who value tranquility, nature, and simplicity
Wildlife, insects, and natural sounds are part of the environment
By booking, guests acknowledge and accept the rural and natural conditions of the property.
Reservations may be made:
Directly (website or WhatsApp)
Through third-party platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.)
Direct reservations are governed by our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cancellation Policy.
Reservations made through platforms are subject to the terms of each platform.
Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 PM (noon)
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and must be requested in advance. Unauthorized late check-out may result in additional charges.
In Costa Rica, any person under 18 years of age is considered a minor
Children and minors are always the sole responsibility of their parents or legal guardians
Minors must be supervised at all times, especially in outdoor areas and near natural elements
Pura Noche assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or incidents involving minors due to lack of supervision.
Guests agree to:
Respect the property, facilities, and surroundings
Use amenities responsibly and safely
Follow house rules provided before or during the stay
Be responsible for any damage caused during their stay
Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges.
Only the number of guests declared at the time of booking is allowed on the property
Visitors or additional guests must be authorized in advance
Events or parties are not allowed unless explicitly approved
Amenities are provided for guest comfort. However:
Services such as electricity, water, and internet depend on third-party providers
Temporary interruptions may occur and do not automatically qualify for refunds
Some areas or amenities may be shared occasionally, although this is rare
Due to the rural and natural location of Pura Noche:
Guests may encounter wild animals, insects, reptiles, or venomous species
Some animals or insects may cause injuries, allergic reactions, envenomation, or, in extreme cases, serious health risks
Guests are advised to remain attentive at all times, especially in outdoor areas, gardens, and pathways
By staying at Pura Noche, guests acknowledge these risks and agree that such conditions are inherent to the rural environment and do not constitute grounds for refunds or liability claims.
Guests stay at Pura Noche at their own risk.
Pura Noche is not responsible for accidents, injuries, envenomation, illness, or loss caused by misuse of facilities, natural conditions, wildlife, or lack of precaution
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings
Emergency services in rural areas may have longer response times
Smoking is not allowed inside the cabins
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas
Pets are allowed only if previously approved and may incur additional fees
Quiet hours must be respected to preserve the peaceful environment
Cancellations, refunds, and date changes are governed by our Cancellation Policy, available on our website.
Pura Noche is not responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Extreme weather
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Road closures
Utility or service outages
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes will be published on our website and apply to future reservations.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Costa Rica.
